Speedway Robbed at Gunpoint

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are investigating a robbery at the Speedway on New Circle Road and Meadow Lane.

They say they received a hold-up alarm just before 2:40 a.m. Friday.

When they arrived, police say the clerk told them two men came in, one carrying a gun, and demanded money.

She gave them cash and they ran off.
