Special meeting called after only two council members show up

LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The London City Council will hold a special called meeting Friday morning after Monday’s meeting was canceled when only two of six councilmembers showed up.

The meeting is set for 10 a.m. at the London Community Center and will be led by Mayor Randall Weddle. According to the city, the session was requested by council members to address several pending items.
