Woman shot near hotel in Lexington

LEXINGTON,Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police are investigating a shooting near a hotel.

It happened Saturday morning near the Quality Inn on Newtown Court.

According to officers, the shooting left a woman in a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect and victim knew each other, according to investigators.
