Shooting damages house and vehicle in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say someone fired shots that left a house and vehicle damaged and shell casings in the street Wednesday evening.

Officers answered a “shots fired” call on Hawthorne Lane and Russell Cave Road around 6:00 p.m.

Investigators say they found the shell casings and the damaged property, but no shooting victims.

Police say the suspects took off in vehicles after the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
