Sheriff: Arrests made in rash of multi-county vehicle break-ins
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says it has made four arrests in a big rash of car break-ins.
Deputies and Lawrenceburg police arrested Justin Hendershot, James McDonald, and two juveniles whose names weren’t released because of their age.
Investigators accuse them of breaking into cars throughout Franklin County and Anderson County. Deputies say there were also car burglaries in Scott County and Shelby County.
Deputies say the suspects stole things like firearms, cell phones, and power tools. The sheriff’s office says it found several stolen items at Hendershot’s home, including a shotgun, a rifle and power tools.
Investigators say they expect to make more arrests in the case.
