Shelter issues code red alert in Estill County

ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Estill County Animal Shelter has issued a Code Red Alert due to reaching full capacity with too many dogs. The shelter is urgently asking the community to assist by fostering, adopting, and rescuing animals in need.
