Semi-Truck Crashes Cause Traffic Issues In Laurel County
Back-to-back accidents on I75 caused serious traffic tie-ups in Laurel county Friday morning.
The first wreck happened just after 1 a.m. near mile marker 44 when a semi-truck driver said he was cut off by a tractor-trailer causing him to hit another tractor trailer.
The semi-truck flipped onto its side closing one lane.
Then at around 2:30 a.m. two semi-trucks collided in the same area, causing a diesel spill.
That shut down the other southbound lane of I75.
No one was injured.
