PD: Armed robbery suspect arrested at Danville home

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Danville police say they arrested a man Wednesday in connection to an armed robbery.

According to police, officers received a tip that Darryl K. Whitley was at a home on North 6th Street. They say when he saw officers approaching the house, he tried to run off. Police say he was taken into custody in an upstairs hallway.

Investigators say Whitley’s a suspect in a robbery that happened last Thursday on Patrician Place.

Officers say Willa Ford, Hugh Parker and Ebony Alarcon were also arrested on several unrelated charges.
