Second suspect in Richmond murder arrested

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – A second twin wanted for a murder in Richmond is now in custody.

Richmond Police say Elton Bailey was taken into custody Monday.

His brother Eltron Bailey was arrested earlier this month.

Officers say the two are charged in connection to the October murder of 21-year-old Jaicoatai Dean in Richmond.
