Second positive COVID-19 case at Pikeville Medical Center

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A second person has tested positive for the coronavirus at Pikeville Medical Center, according to officials.

A medical center employee tested positive for COVID-19 last week.  Officials say both people are recovering at home.

A case was also confirmed at Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson in Pike County, according to officials.  They say the patient is being treated at the hospital.
