UPDATE: Missing Laurel teen found safe

UPDATE: The teen listed below as missing was found safe as of 4:20 p.m., according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Department.

ORIGINAL STORY

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says it’s looking for a 17-year old runaway who took off Monday night.

Deputies say Christian Everret was last seen around 7:32 p.m., getting into a green car off of KY 1023, six miles south of London.

Investigators say he was wearing a gray hoodie and dark pants.
