Search continues for missing man with physical and mental disabilities

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says the search for Jospeh Benge has continued today in the wooded area behind his home on Tom Cat Trail Drive.
The sheriff’s office says that Emergency management, Laurel County Public Safety, London-Laurel Rescue Squad, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife , and the Laurel County Sheriff’s Officehave joined continue to attempt to locate Benge.

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a 38-year-old man who they say has mental and physical disabilities.
They say Joseph Benge was last seen off Tom Cat Trail around 8 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies say he went to go hunting and apparently took a .410 gauge shotgun.
Benge is described as 6 feet tall, 130 pounds, thin build, black collar length hair, with a beard.
London-Laurel Rescue Squad says they are conducting a ground search.
