Search on for federal escapee

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man considered armed and dangerous escaped federal custody, according to a Facebook post by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

The post asks for the public’s help finding Joseph Michael Wainscott.
