Scott County woman released from prison after 20 years in mother’s murder case
SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Scott County woman has been released from prison after serving 20 years for her role in the murder of her mother.
According to court records, 41-year-old Stephanie Olsen was released on Monday. Olsen was indicted in June 2002 for complicity to murder, accused of helping David Dressman and Timothy Crabtree in the killing of her mother, Diane Snellen.
Olsen was originally sentenced to 25 years in prison.
