Scott County Sheriff’s Office selling shirts for wounded deputy
SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is hoping people will wear their support for a deputy shot in the line of duty.
The sheriff’s office will begin selling T-shirts next week, with all of the proceeds going to deputy Jaime Morales.
Morales was wounded during a shootout with a fugitive Tuesday night at a rest stop off Interstate 75 in Scott County.
The Scott County Sheriff’s Office says it will begin selling t-shirts for Morales on Tuesday.
Youth and adult sizes are $15 each. Sizes 2x-5x are $20 each.
T-shirts can be purchased at the Scott County Sheriff’s Office at 120 N. Hamilton Street in Georgetown.
The shirts will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
The sheriff is also asking people to post a picture of themselves wearing the shirt so “Deputy Morales can see all the support given as he continues to recover.”
