Scott County man arrested on child porn charges

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police accuse a Georgetown man of having and sharing child pornography.

State Police took 21-year-old Isaias Alguera into custody on Tuesday following an undercover investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

Investigators say that led them to Alguera’s home, where they say they discovered the child pornography.

Alguera is currently charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and three counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.

He was booked into the Scott County Detention Center.
