School teacher in Hazard finalist for health magazine cover

HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – A sixth-grade science teacher at Hazard Middle School is among eight finalists out of 20,000 contestants in the Ms. Health and Wellness magazine cover competition.

You can help Britta Maggard win the competition by voting for her online.

Final round voting opened this week and lasts until October 8th at 11 p.m.

You can vote once a day.

You can vote for free or pay for “warrior votes.” Proceeds from those votes go to the Homes for Wounded Warriors fund.
