SATURDAY: Beshear COVID-19 Update

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Governor Andy Beshear announced 369 new cases of COVID-19 Saturday.

That brings the overall number of cases to 460,412.

There were also five new deaths reported, raising the state’s death toll since the start of the pandemic to 7,091.

The state’s positivity rate continues to remain under three-percent, with Saturday’s rate at 2.45%.

Governor Beshear also reported that 2,074,092 people in Kentucky have received at least the one dose of the vaccine.
