Sale of 1949 Chevrolet to benefit Woodford Humane Society

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ)-  The Woodford Humane Society says it’s going to receive a unique and generous donation from an anonymous supporter.

The shelter will get 100 percent of the profits from the sale of a 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe.

The listing on Craigslist says the classic car has its original paint and interior. It says it has 59,111 miles and is in excellent condition.

The humane society says the car will be on display this weekend at the shelter. Its address is 265 Thomas Lane in Versailles.
