Rupp Arena unveil new upgrades

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) –  Solid blue fans have more to look forward to the next time they visit Rupp Arena.

The newest upgrades at the arena were unveiled Sunday.

Representatives say new improvements were added at the arena to enhance the entertainment experience for all guests.

The improvements include a new video scoreboard, a new sound system, new video production equipment and all lights were replaced with LED lighting.

The changes come as Rupp Arena celebrates it’s 40th year.
