Rowan County man indicted for firing shots into a crowd

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – In Rowan County, a grand jury indicts a man accused of firing shots into a crowd, hitting two people. 64 year old Harvey Kissick was arrested back in July.

According to the Rowan County circuit court, Kissick was indicted for assault and wanton endangerment. According to police, Kissick began firing into a crowd that was setting off fireworks near the Cave Run bingo hall on US 60 West.

A father and son were seriously injured after being hit by bullets.
