Rowan County man arrested for kidnapping and assault after hiding in woods

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A Rowan County man is in custody after deputies say he kidnapped and assaulted his girlfriend, then tried to evade capture by hiding in the woods.
According to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office, the incident began when a neighbor on Bullfork Road witnessed 34-year-old Bradley Netherly assaulting his girlfriend, Katrina Little, in their driveway. Witnesses reported that Netherly chased, tackled, and forcibly dragged Little back into a car.
Deputies later found the vehicle hidden on private property off Sugar Loaf Mountain Road. Both Netherly and Little were located nearby, hiding in the woods.
Officials say Little had visible injuries to her face, arms, and shoulders. Netherly was arrested at the scene.
He is facing multiple charges, including assault, kidnapping, and criminal trespassing.
