Rocky Hill man arrested after fight on KY 770
LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Rocky Hill man was arrested Wednesday night after deputies responded to a fight complaint at a business off KY 770, about 10 miles south of London.
According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Laurel County Sheriff John Root reports that Deputy Zach Allen arrested 47-year-old Richard Logsdon around 9:33 p.m. on August 20, 2025. Deputies reported that Logsdon showed signs of intoxication, including a strong odor of alcohol, unsteady balance, and slurred speech. Investigators also determined he had allegedly struck a male subject during the incident.
Logsdon was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and fourth-degree assault. He was booked into the Laurel County Correctional Center. Assisting at the scene were Sgt. Allen Turner and Deputy Anthony Wagers.
