Rocky Adkins to officially file to run for governor

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- House Minority Leader Rocky Adkins says he will officially file to run for governor Thursday morning at 11.

He is a democrat. He already announced he would run, but tomorrow he will make it official.

His running mate is Stephanie Horne, a former school board member in Jefferson County.
