Rockcastle Sheriff’s Office looking for missing teenage girl
ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 13-year-old girl.
Deputies say Wynter B. Wagoner was last seen around 6:15 p.m. Monday evening in the Orlando area of Rockcastle County.
Wynter is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 147 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes. She has both ears pierced and a piercing in her right nostril.

The case is being handled by Investigator Deputy Dustin Saylor, and officials emphasize that all information will remain confidential.
