Some roads reopen in eastern Kentucky

HARLAN, Ky. (WTVQ) – State crews removed blasting debris from KY 160 in Harlan County on Thursday, allowing the road to reopen, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

In Breathitt County, one lane of KY 1110 reopened Thursday after being closed when a tree fell, taking out utility lines and poles, according to the state.
