Road closure Tuesday-Thursday in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of a scheduled closure for Calk Lake Road/KY 1314 in Montgomery County. The temporary closure is necessary for pipe installation operations.

Tuesday, Oct. 13 – 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 14 – 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 15 – 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Alternate Route

o   a detour has been constructed for motorists to utilize which bypasses the closure/work

o   signage will be in place to guide the traveling public

All work, and closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies, and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
