Road aid funds awarded to Scott Co. for Hinton Road repairs
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced on Wednesday that Scott County will receive $106,800 in County Road Aid emergency funds.
The money will be used for slip or slide repairs on Hinton Road (CR 1020). The location is 0.600 miles north of the Harrison County line (MP 0.600) and extending north to 0.048 miles north of South Rays Fork Road (MP 0.6048).
“The Bevin administration is committed to the Cabinet’s mission of providing a safe, reliable transportation network for all Kentuckians,” said Transportation Secretary Greg Thomas. “These emergency funds will help local governments repair and restore damaged infrastructure throughout their communities.”
The Scott County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
