Richmond Police arrest man on attempted murder charge

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)- Richmond Police say that after conducting a search warrant, they arrested a man on an attempted murder charge, along with other charges.

Police arrested Zaelin Crutcher Friday at a home on Charlie Norris Road.

Crutcher had 10 outstanding warrants.
