Richmond Police arrest intoxicated, armed man

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)- Richmond Police say they arrested a man, reportedly drunk and armed with a gun.

Officers say 61-year-old Chester Rose was arrested for on Four Mile Road for alcohol intoxication, menacing, theft by unlawful taking, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

They say he was “highly intoxicated” on East Main Street and was in possession of a stolen gun. Rose was taken to the Madison County Detention Center.
