Richmond police arrest 39 people in shoplifting bust

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)- Richmond Police arrested 39 people over the course of three days in early September during a shoplifting bust.

The department says it wanted to show zero tolerance for theft.

In addition to all the arrests, police say they were able to recover approximately $2,069 worth of stolen merchandise
