Richmond PD looking for suspect in car break-ins

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in Richmond are hoping someone in the public can identify a man they say was involved in a series of car break-ins.

Officers say the break-ins happened along South Keeneland Drive.

Anyone who knows the name of the man in the picture is asked to call Richmond Police.
