Richmond PD Accuse Man Of Raping Two Children
Richmond Police said a man was arrested for rape, sodomy and criminal abuse.
And investigators said each of the victims were under the age of 12.
The suspect was identified as Brandon Bonilla, 29, Clay City.
Investigators were not releasing any other information in the case.
