Richmond man charged with DUI after collision

BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – Berea Police arrested a Richmond man on DUI charges Sunday after responding to a vehicle collision.

Investigators say it happened on Trevor Drive.

They say 29-year old Benny Biggs showed several signs of impairment after officers make contact with him at the scene.

Police say Biggs was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense.
