Reward offered for Jessamine County horse shooting

JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office confirms a horse was shot and killed inside its paddock. Now the sheriff’s office says the thoroughbred stakeholders have come together to offer a $12,500 reward for anyone that has information leading to an arrest.

On September 27th the sheriff’s office says an unknown person shot the horse at the Tate’s Creek Road Springhouse Farm.

The horse was put down at the scene.
