Reward increases as search for suspects continues in Harrison County
HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The reward has been increased to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Nathan Ginter, who is considered armed and dangerous. Georgetown Police report that Ginter, along with Riley Pearson, was last seen in the Finnell Pike and Forest Path area in Harrison County.
U.S. Marshals increased the reward from $5,000 to $10,000 Wednesday night as the search intensifies. Ginter was found guilty of waterboarding and using a taser on his child in South Carolina but reportedly did not appear for his trial. South Carolina law permits trials to proceed in the defendant’s absence.
Authorities urge anyone who sees Ginter or Pearson to avoid approaching them and to call 911 or the U.S. Marshals National Tip Line at 1-877-WANTED-2 immediately.
