Renowned photographer James Archambeault dies
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Renowned photographer James Archambeault has died. He was in hospice care in South Carolina. He died Monday at the age of 76.
He was known for his breathtaking photos of Kentucky landscapes and scenery.
His first book of prints entitled “Kentucky,” was published in 1982.
He made five more books, 35 Kentucky calendars, postcards and more.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
A memorial service is planned in Lexington later this year, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
