Remains Found, Arrest Made In Fleming County

 An arrest is made following the discovery of remains in Fleming county.
 
 Kentucky State Police said the remains of an unidentified man was found on October 1 in the Grange City area.

 Troopers said an arrest was made in connection to the investigation.

 Charles Black, 55, of Hillsboro was arrested and charged with murder, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, and theft by unlawful taking.

  Black was lodged in the Mason County Detention Center. 

 State Police in Morehead is requesting assistance in locating a person of interest, Kevin L. Howard, 37 of Owingsville.
