Prosecutors: Man Admits He Sold Heroin That Led To Overdose Death
A Covington man admitted in federal court that he sold heroin that led to an overdose death, according to prosecutors.
Timothy Tingle-Brown, 29, of Covington, could get 20-years to life in prison, according to prosecutors.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in September.
Prosecutors said Tingle-Brown sold heroin to a man in an apartment in Taylor Mill on April 20, 2013.
Tingle-Brown’s trial began last week, but he pleaded guilty Monday before his trial was scheduled to continue, according to prosecutors.
