Private investigator hired in Savannah Spurlock case

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Friends and family of Savannah Spurlock say they have brought in a private investigator to help with the case.

They posted on the “Missing Savannah” Facebook page that they hired Salvatore Grasso, who is based in Lexington.

“We are confident that his efforts, along with that of RPD, KSP, and the FBI will bring the much needed resolution and truth,” they posted. “Our hearts have been shattered for almost 6 months. We need answers, and Savannah deserves to be found!”

Spurlock, a 23-year-old mother of four, was last seen on January 4 in downtown Lexington leaving The Other Bar with three men.

Investigators say she then went to a home in Garrard County.

Last week, her family announced a $15,000 reward for the first tip that leads to Spurlock’s safe return, the recovery of her body, or the successful arrest and conviction of those responsible.
