Powerball rises to $478M for Saturday’s drawing

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – With no grand prize winner for last Wednesday’s drawing, the Powerball jackpot has ballooned to $478 million dollars for Saturday’s drawing, the fifth largest Powerball jackpot ever.

Players who choose the cash option are looking at a grand prize of $330.6 million dollars.

Officials with the Kentucky Lottery are reminding players that just because you don’t hit the jackpot, you may still be a winner of smaller prizes.  The Powerball breakdown is as follows:

• Match 5 + Powerball = $478 Million Jackpot!
• Match 5 + No Match = $1,000,000
• Match 4 + Powerball = $10,000
• Match 4 + No Match = $100
• Match 3 + Powerball = $100
• Match 3 + No Match = $7
• Match 2 + Powerball = $7
• Match 1 + Powerball = $4
• No Match + Powerball = $4
