Powell County Clerk Arrested For DUI At Courthouse

State Police said Powell County Clerk Rhonda Barnett was arrested and charged with DUI after she hit a parked vehicle outside the county courthouse Tuesday around 10:30 a.m.

Investigators said she failed a field sobriety test.

State Police said no one was injured in the collision.
