Powell Co. woman sentenced in adult exploitation case

FRANKFORT, KY. (WTVQ) – A Clay City woman has been sentenced for exploiting a vulnerable adult under her guardianship.

The Attorney General says that 32-year-old Bobbie Creech plead guilty on July 7th to cashing the victim’s Social Security checks for her own personal use.

Creech was sentenced on September 1 to five years.  She will serve 30 days in jail and will serve the remainder on probation.

According to the Attorney General, Creech did pay restitution in the amount of $1,650 dollars.
