Pothole repairs on I-64 to cause delays in Fayette, Scott, and Woodford counties
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Drivers in Central Kentucky should plan for possible delays this week as pothole repairs get underway along Interstate 64.
According to transportation officials, rolling roadblocks will be in place Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6 p.m. to midnight in Fayette, Scott, and Woodford counties. Delays could last up to 20 minutes in some areas.
Crews will begin on the eastbound side of I-64 near the Franklin County line and move toward the I-75/I-64 split. They’ll then switch directions to address potholes on the westbound side.
Kentucky State Police will be on hand to assist with traffic control.
