Possible Tornado in Henderson Co.

A possible, albeit short-lived, tornado touched down Sunday near Robards causing damage to two homes, according to emergency management.

The National Weather Service will further investigate to determine if the damage was from a tornado or not.

The sudden high winds came as a surprise.
 
The National Weather Service hadn’t issued a Tornado Watch, or Warning prior to the damaging winds.
