Poor start, strong finish
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky offense started about as poorly as you could draw it up against New Mexico State Saturday.
Drew Barker’s pick and departure left Solid Blue fans booing at Commonwealth Stadium.
UK never hung its head and pieced together the victory scoring 62 points.
The Cats rank 62nd in the nation in total offense now and 48th in total points.
So there’s plenty to be positive about and the guys were exactly that throughout the game this past weekend.
Hear from offensive coordinator Eddie Gran in the video about UK’s “response” following another rough start.
