POLICE: Two people shot, home struck by gunfire
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police are investigating an early morning shooting on the 400 block of Oak Street.
It happened at 5:00 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Lexington Police, two adult victims suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say one home was also struck by gunfire, but no one was hurt.
They say shell casings were also found in a driveway, in addition to blood.
Police say the description of the suspect is a male wearing a white hoodie.
They say there’s no information on if the suspect or the two victims knew each other.
The investigation is still ongoing.
