Police: Stranger Offers Kids $20 To Expose Themselves

Deputies in Pulaski County said they are investigating reports that a man is going around and asking kids to expose themselves for money.

The Sheriff’s office said there have been 2 separate reports in the Science Hill area.

Families in the neighborhood said they told deputies a man in a black car offered to pay kids $20 to expose themselves.

No arrest has been made.
