Police Stop Robbery On Lexington Street
Police stopped a robbery in progress on a Lexington street Wednesday night.
Officers were patrolling around Martin Luther King Boulevard and East 7th at 10:40 P.M. when they spotted what looked like someone being robbed.
When they pulled up to the scene, they said a man took off running.
Police said the victim told them the suspect pulled a gun and ordered her to give him all of her belongings.
She said he didn’t get anything because that’s when he saw police and ran.
Police didn’t catch up with the suspect but did find a pellet gun one street over that they believe the suspect was using
