Police searching for multiple people non-compliant with sex offender registry

HICKORY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating three people who they say are non-complaint with the Kentucky sex offender registry.

According to police, 33-year old Mikel Allen Hutchison, of Smithland has not lived at his registered address for more than a year and he has failed to verify his address.

They believe he is in the Paducah area.

Hutchison has an active warrant for failure to comply with the Kentucky sex offender registry, according to authorities.

Police say 35- year old Allen Shane Williams of Mayfieldis no longer lives at his registered address and has failed to verify his current address.

Williams’ whereabouts at this time are unknown, but they believe he could be in the Ballard County area.

He has an active warrant for failure to comply with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry.

Anthony Lee Shelby, 62 of Paducah has not lived at his registered address for more than a year and has failed to verify his current address, according to police.

Shelby’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.
